Welcome to Camp Sugarbush site reservations. We're so excited to have you visit camp!

How to register:

•         Select your category below
•         Then select the date you want to go camping 
•         Select the number of nights (1 or 2)
•         Select the site(s) you wish to reserve
•         Complete the required roster information
•         Don’t forget to complete your order

Troops may reserve sites up to 90 days in advance. Service Units up to 180 days in advance. Check out the Rolling 90/180 Day Calendar for reservation availabilities at gsneo.org/camp.

Want to visit for a day?  Use "Day Pass Request" as the category.  Day Passes can be requested online up to 48 hours before your requested date. To request a Day Pass after deadline, contact Customer Care at 800-852-4474, customercare@gsneo.org, or via Live Chat on gsneo.org. Late requests cannot be guaranteed. Weekend Day Passes cannot be processed after 3:00pm on Friday.

Reservations are confirmed when you receive an email.  Reservations are not final until you receive your approved Site Permit, usually 1-2 weeks prior to your reservation date.
